Eric Schatz Headcam, Part 3

Violent extraction by Maxxam/Pacific Lumber Co. hired climbers, at 180 feet, in the tree-top of an old growth redwood tree named "Allah."

The climbers that the company hires are not officers of the law, nor are they deputized, and should have no right to lay their hands on any members of the public.

Citizen's arrest does not allow for excessive force, and the activists in these ancient trees are not asking to be "rescued," so the "search-and-rescue" training that the climbers receive, in order to "qualify" to do these dangerous extractions.  Meanwhile, the Humboldt Co. sheriffs stand by and allow the climbers to assault, batter, and kidnap citizen activists, and even supply them with handcuffs, in at least one instance.
